Refund policy

At Grably, our goal is to make sure you love what you receive. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Make sure to include clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Change of Mind
If you’d like to exchange your item for another product, you can request an exchange within 5 days of placing your order. To be eligible, the original product must be unused and in its original condition.

How to Request an Exchange

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • We do not cover return shipping fees unless the item was damaged

  • No exchanges will be accepted after 5 days from the date of order
